Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We arrived to find little Christmas treats in our room, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to the main tourist spots. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast that was included - so many options to choose from. We truly felt the holiday spirit during our stay.

The only downside was that the room could have been a bit more comfortable. the bed was a bit lumpy and could use some updating.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was of excellent quality with a wide variety of options, including healthy and vegan choices. The room was clean and comfortable, and the heating worked perfectly during the cold weather. I highly recommend the nearby pubs "Pivo a parek" and "U Sadku" for some great local food and drinks. a wonderful stay at Carlton.
